In partnership and funded by Franklin Country Children Services to support Franklinton and near west side families involved with protective services through case management and linkages to community resources.

Families must be referred through Franklin County Children's Services.

Our Homeless Prevention + Diversion program collaborates with the Community Shelter Board to accept referrals from the homeless hotline to help stabilize and support Franklin County families experiencing a housing crisis.
